Our Philosophy
Notre Dame Academy Catholic School brings together religious, Catholic - Christian lay faculty and staff as facilitators of learning who in cooperation with the parents, the primary educators of their children, will provide a quality education. All members of the Union-Chrétienne family, with their unique gifts, abilities, and needs, will give Christians witness in their personal as well as professional life and build a community of love, peace and harmony. The total educational program combines the teachings of the Catholic faith with a rigorous academic curriculum, high behavioral expectations, and dynamic extra-curricular activities.
Recognizing the reality and demands of a changing world, the school maintains high expectations for student performance while striving to meet the students at their respective levels of ability and achievement. These future leaders of society are encouraged to assume a role in establishing a just and peaceful world. The Notre Dame Academy community will lead the students to a better knowledge of Jesus Christ, deepen their love for Him and stimulate their dedication to others.
Through loving guidance, cooperative effort, hard work, prayer and support, each Notre Dame Academy student, from pre-school to eighth grade, is holistically prepared to participate actively in the life of family, church, and the communities of the 21st century.
